On February 26, the Model Workers and Craftsmen Assisting Enterprises special initiative, jointly organized by the Zhejiang Federation of Trade Unions for provincial and ministerial enterprises and the Zhejiang Electric Power Federation of Trade Unions, was launched at CHN Energy Zhejiang Ninghai Power Generation Co., Ltd.. Leaders from the Zhejiang Federation of Trade Unions and representatives of the electric power unions attended the event, while an expert service team proceeded to Zhenhai and Longshan power stations of the CECEP Solar East China division to provide technical assistance.

Comprising six model workers and craftsmen—including national May 1 Labor Medal awardee Li Haoyuan and national model worker Yu Baoyun—the expert service team toured the main control rooms and project sites of both Zhenhai and Longshan power stations to understand their production operations and maintenance challenges. At Zhenhai station, the team examined how oil film formation on photovoltaic modules was impacting power generation efficiency; at Longshan station, they investigated the difficulties in maintaining access along tidal flats. In a subsequent technical discussion session, team members drew on their professional expertise and experience to thoroughly deliberate and propose practical suggestions and solutions for these issues. Through technical exchanges and problem-solving efforts, the activity not only provided the power stations with professional support and innovative solutions but also offered valuable insights for reforming the industrial workforce within CECEP Solar East China.

Looking ahead, CECEP Solar East China Trade Union plans to advance the transformation of the Liu Jiayong Model Worker Innovation Studio. By integrating resources, innovating talent training, and strengthening industry–academia–research collaboration, the union aims to build a five-star model worker studio to further drive the high-quality development.
