On August 18, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) officially awarded the Phase II Gas Pipeline Connection Project (18E-C03) in Ras Al-Khair Industrial City to China Geo-engineering Corporation (CGC), with a contract value of approximately USD 104 million.

Located in Ras Al-Khair Industrial City in Jubail, Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, the project involves the construction of a 25.7-kilometer main natural gas supply pipeline. It also includes supporting facilities such as filtration systems, metering devices and cathodic protection systems to ensure safe and stable operation. Upon completion, the project will enhance the city’s energy supply network, significantly boost regional natural gas transmission capacity and supply reliability, and provide robust energy support for enterprises in the Ras Al-Khair Special Economic Zone, contributing to its sustainable and steady development.
