Recently, CECEP Wind-power Inner Mongolia branch was granted a utility model patent by the China National Intellectual Property Administration for its Five-Small Innovations project—a novel grid platform for converters.

The patent addresses key challenges in converter heat dissipation. The platform consists of a support plate connected to the tower’s inner wall and an embedded grid module, creating an integrated structure that provides both workspace and enhanced thermal management. By efficiently dissipating heat from the converter, the design significantly reduces equipment and base temperatures, ensuring safer and more stable operation of wind turbines.
