CECEP Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “CECEP Consulting”) held an online conference with the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) on the afternoon of April 28, 2020. The two sides conducted in-depth communication on such issues as climate change and ESG disclosure. The conference was chaired by Bai Hongchun, director of the Department of Green Finance of CECEP Consulting. Attendees included Luo Nan, head of PRI China, and Liao Yuan, general manager of CECEP Consulting. 

At the meeting, Liao briefed on the work of the Climate Investment and Financing Special Committee and CECEP Consulting in 2019 and their work plans for 2020. Representatives of the PRI introduced the organization’s operations around the world, with focus on the work related to Climate Action 100+, ESG disclosure, and promotion of the TCFD recommendations. The two sides also discussed topics such as ESG investment principles, actions addressing climate change, and market recovery in the post-COVID-19 era.
